Hard work pays off. And gets mocked. But recognition is recognition.
Remember when I dyed a lot of stuff and glued it onto costumes? And it took me a month?
Turns out I won an award for it.
A tongue in cheek award, but validation of a job well done, all the same.
I do so love the SALT (Staff of ALT) awards. TOO FUNNY. We have three proudly displayed in the office, now.
We had a great time. I had WAY too much red wine. But I also slept until 11:30, so it all works out.
And as a bonus, I'll share a picture of my precious and newest niece with you all.
She is SO CUTE.
Nothing cuter than a man with a baby. Can I get an amen?
