Things I did on my mini break.

• Slept past 10:30 every morning.
• Finished 6 scenes for si_muove_rpg
  
• relished the quiet
• watched 30 episodes of the office
• got a visit from an old roommate and her two cute kiddos
• went to see The Dark Knight.
• drooled over Christian Bale and pretty Aaron Eckhart.
• finished the Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire series
• fell in love with John Krasinzki a little bit
• became a Jim/Pam shipper
• watched the ending of Season 2 a.k.a. "Casino Night" 12 times.
• furniture shopped
• spent hours in Barnes and Noble
• had a very weird dream involving Catherine Zeta Jones, Ryan Gosling, Isla Fisher and Reese Witherspoon
• had another lovely one about John Krasinzki.  Hoo, boy.
• started Christmas Shopping - Heck, yeah, I did.
• Ate at my favorite Italian restaurant and shared a bottle of wine with my husband
• got started on that Gifting meme (I haven't forgotten, promise.)
• cleaned house from top to bottom

All in all, a good time.  Nolan got back yesterday and the boys get home tomorrow afternoon.

I seriously hope it's not another 10 years until I get to do that, again.  Because it was FABULOUS.
