Sounds kinda like my diet, only I didn't have a choice. It does work, though. I think (before I ate all my wheat-free cookies) that I lost around 5lbs in three weeks. In my case I had to cut out bread and stuff because I'm allergic to it, so I feel a lot better - I lot clearer headed, too. That could just be because I'd basically been having one giant allergic reaction for the last two years.

I don't know that I actually need to lose too much weight (I'm 5'7" about 145) - I really should start working out to get some tone, though.

I'm glad that you're sticking to it! I would totally have failed already except for the allergy part enforcing it.
