So I've joined a new community; a gathering place for Sisters (and brothers, too, I guess) in Christ, called [profile] 2ormore.  If you're interested, I do the Thursday devotional over there.   And coincidentally, today's has a story about bunnies.  Heh.  I gotta be me.

There are some really nice girls over there, and they have uplifting and thought-provoking things to say.  Go check it out if you are so inclined!

Happy Thursday, everyone!

I think it's awesome that you're using your faith to help lift someone up! ::hugs:: You're an awesome girl, you know that?

I'm amused that you have a tag called 'bunny conspiracy' - now I have to go read the devotional. ;)

I've got next Tuesday's already planned. *is a nerd*

eep! I meant to join when this was getting going, but I never saw anything about it after the 'I think it's a good idea stage' ... eeeeep!

Okay, I'm fine now. And I know I'm a bad flister, so I probably missed whatever was said post-is this a good idea? *nods* Annnyyywaaaays, I've asked to join now, so that's a woot!

And re: the bunny conspiracy, Katie and letting ourselves get bogged down by life...

1. I also hate bunnies unless they're in a glass cage an not leaving presents in my yard for the puppies to sniff out and decide is good food >.>

2. Katie has the best name ever. And she tried to eat the bunnies. *loves her* ... Oh! And she loves the couch too, hee!, me and that dog would love each other :D

3. You know, it's funny that we get so wrapped up in what we think we have to do that we forget what we should do. I've been wanting to do the Purpose Driven Life Bible study on my own forever (or with others!) but my excuse is 'don't have time,' 'there's things that have to be done and this is just an extra,' 'waiting for the right time' ... Thing is, there is time (b/c srsly? I write for pleasure a good chunk of the day. I'm sure I could take half an hour and do something that... is SO important. Yeah, I don't have to, but ... isn't it always stressed how important it is to put time into relationships (ie, spouse, parents, kids) so that they don't fall to the wayside and stay healthy? Hello! A relationship with God/Christ is the same... and we always seem to put him last, even though he puts us first, and lets us come back to Him with his arms wide open, waiting with love.

Yeah, so now that I've properly chastised myself >.>

Hee! Anywho, I don't know when I'd be able to comment on your entry to [livejournal.com profile] 2ormore and I was all thoughty now from reading it. So yeah. *glomps*
