Georgie & Ellen (*sigh* Carrie and her cleavage)

Ellen, finding her 15 year old's stash of Porn. ("Well, here's one who eats her vegetables!") Nick, the actor who plays Eddie, says TCB on the magazine stands for 'Totally Catholic Babes.' In reality, what I'm looking at is a dance costume catalogue, thank goodness.

The family around the dinner table

Kind of artsy. I like this one.

Chet and Ellen

The nun collapses. (It's a comedy, folks)

Chet and Ellen

Rudy and Ellen (This kid Joseph, is the most adorable and sweet kid on the planet. I adore him) And LOOK! The dress from hell!

Okay. I swear I'm done posting pictures for a while.

Have a good weekend, everyone. Mom's on her way for a visit, so I'll see you Monday. :D

Love your emoting on stage! I almost feel like I'm there. I wish I could come and see it!

AWESOME!

I agree with slitherhither. I totally feel like I was there for a bit. What great pictures. (And a special shout out for the cleavage!)

Anyway, thank you for sharing, and have a great time with your mother! *giggles*

Thanks for the cleavage shout out. :D

And I'm thinking of hiring the photographer that sis the pictures for the theatre take some family pics.

Because that nightmare at Christmas needs to have more folks dragged into it. *nods*

Hurray for boobs! If you've got it, flaunt it. That's what my mama always told me. ;D

I love your picture posts, so no worries about keeping them coming. The biggest risk is that I'll storm your house and demand the yummy food, entertaining plays, and live cute kid stories.

The dress from hell looks amazing, by the way.

I didn't know I was flaunting it til I saw the pictures. :P Ah, well.

Come and visit. We're not scared.

Have a great time with the Moms!

Wow, Carrie! This is great. I love plays, and I'm glad that you shared snippets of yours with us. I wish I could see you act someday. Will you be appearing in Phoenix anytime soon? ;-)

By the way, the set is awesome. Where did you guys find all that old stuff? :-P

And I hope you enjoy your mom's visit.

*sigh* I miss acting.

These look totally awesome. The sets are incredible (I checked out set-pic post a while back) and the acting looks incredible too. I wish I could have seen the play, but being hours away sucks sometimes.

I didn't know you acted!

I know. I wish I could fly all you folks in for a big theatre weekend. Now THAT would be FUN.

Yeah. I started off in church mostly because mom was the big actor of the family so I naturally followed in her footsteps. I was in the drama club in high school, but in college I stuck behind the scenes and did hair and make-up.

Once I auditioned for a show and didn't get it because my acting was too real. *blinks* I guess they don't want it to seem too real. Granted, it was Chronicles of Narnia, but still!

It was a children's theatre, and they thought my acting would overshadow everyone else's. My friend got it, and every time Narnia came up, she said "Naaaaaarnia". It was funny.

Ah.

Children's theatre. Where mediocrity is born.

No, it's not always bad, but so many times politics come into play - like whose mommy and daddy contribute the most money to the theatre....

From: [identity profile] dream-mancer.livejournal.com

*snort* Which is why I stuck to church plays, which isn't that much better. Half the time I think they picked me because I was the only girl my age that would give up afternoons to go to practice. Because really, what the hell else was I supposed to?

Meh. This is another reason I prefer behind the scenes. Give me hair and make-up any day.

I like costume and prop design. But not as much as acting.

And I did my own hair for this last show. I was pretty impressed with myself. :)

I am too! I hated doing my own stuff because I was worried I'd screw it up.

Mom had to get her hair done for a 40's era play we did and I still don't know how the hair dresser did it. Luckily for me my hair was short so I just had to take a curling iron to it.
