So I went out in the ice and snow yesterday to feed Her Royal Highness, (a.k.a. Kate, my lab) when I slipped, tripped, fell, and bruised the crap out of the top of my right foot. In hindsight, it could have been so much worse. Had anyone been watching it would have looked like something Dick Van Dyke could've pulled off. Grace personified, thy name is Persephone. :) The swelling has gone down now, and I can walk fairly well.
The Forums, Valentines day, and various other events recently have me thinking about kisses. Here's a question for the F-list! Where was your first kiss? How did that turn out for you?
Mine was on my first date. It was Chris Reynolds, (a triathlete, woo-hoo) at the Hard Rock Cafe in Dallas in front of the guitar-shaped bar when I was 15 years old. (I had absolutely no business being there! What were you thinking, Mom? Ethan & Aaron shall not date til they're 30. That's a decree!)
It was sweet, though. And I'll always remember the locale. So where was yours? Share!

But my second was better. It was Jay's first and it was quick (his mom and sister were waiting for him -- he was taking a trip to Utah and we'd only been dating for 5 days) and it was sweet and I think I nearly fell over. I wish I'd waited those 6 months - then we woudl have been each other's first kiss... oh well. ;)

My first kiss was when I was 14 and we were on the way to our year nine school camp, so it took place in the rear of a small school bus, which when I look back is kind of not very romantic at all *sigh* Not only that he was all gropey with his hands *shudders*

My first kiss was at 16, in my bedroom at home, with the guy I'm still with today :) It was nice, but we've since gotten a lot better at it *g* People have told me it's lame that I've only ever kissed him, but I like it and intend for it to stay that way.
